This hotel offers a unique and warm hospitality experience that is hard to find in chain hotels. The friendliness of the staff stood out during my stay, making me feel welcomed. However, I did encounter some issues with my room that detracted from the overall experience, such as a malfunctioning heater and room cleanliness concerns. Despite that, the breakfast was commendable, and the location is convenient for shopping and dining.
