Reviews and Ratings
This hotel offers a unique and warm hospitality experience that is hard to find in chain hotels. The friendliness of the staff stood out during my stay, making me feel welcomed. However, I did encounter some issues with my room that detracted from the overall experience, such as a malfunctioning heater and room cleanliness concerns. Despite that, the breakfast was commendable, and the location is convenient for shopping and dining.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the staff was warm and welcoming, which made a significant impact, I found the rooms to be a bit dated and not as clean as I would have liked. Breakfast was definitely a highlight, offering a great variety and quality. However, the heating issue in my room was quite uncomfortable and took too long to resolve, which dampened my overall stay.
The Residence Inn Charlotte University Research Park offers a warm and creative atmosphere that truly stands out among chain hotels. I was especially touched by the thoughtful Thanksgiving activities organized by the staff. However, my experience was marred by some issues with room comfort and missing amenities, which made my stay a bit disappointing. While the staff's hospitality is commendable, the lack of essential toiletries and room temperature issues detracted significantly from my overall experience.
I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a mixed experience. Although the staff was friendly and the breakfast was surprisingly good, I faced several issues that detracted from my overall enjoyment. The room's temperature control was inadequate and I encountered some cleanliness issues that needed attention. Still, the location is great with plenty of shopping nearby.
I recently stayed at this hotel for business and while there were some highlights, there were also a few drawbacks. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was a standout. Unfortunately, my room had some issues with cleanliness and a faulty heater which dampened my experience. Overall, it's a solid choice, but there's definitely room for improvement.
